Signaled System Error:
0 = Device 1 has not generated a SERR. Software clears
this bit by writing a 1 to the bit location.
1 = Indicates Device 1 generated an SERR message for
any enabled Device 2 error condition. Device 1 error
conditions are enabled in the PCICMD and
EDMA_SERRCMD registers. Device 1 error flags are
read/reset from the PCISTS, EDMA_FERR, or
EDMA_NERR registers.

Capability List: This bit is set to 1 to indicate to the
configuration software that this device/function
implements a list of new capabilities. A list of new
capabilities is accessed via register CAPPTR at
configuration address offset 34h.
NTx Status: Indicates that an INTx interrupt is pending
internal to the device. The interrupt assertion disable bit
has no affect on the setting of this bit. This bit is not set for
an MSI.
0 = An INTx interrupt is NOT pending
1 = An INTx interrupt is pending internal to the device
