Description
Periodic Interrupt Flag
Indicates interrupt generation at the interval specified
by bits PES2–PES0. When this flag is set to 1, a
periodic interrupt is generated.
0: Interrupt is not generated at interval specified by bits

100: Periodic interrupt generated at 1/4-second

Controls the operation of the RTC's crystal oscillator.
0: RTC crystal oscillator is halted
1: RTC crystal oscillator is operated
