(2) Data Alignment Conversion for the External CPU
For the external CPU, the EXCPU performs data alignment conversion with the same endian as
this LSI. This conversion supports both big endian, where the upper byte is placed at the smaller
address, and little endian, where the lower byte is placed at the smaller address. Endian selection is
done at a power-on reset by means of an external pin.
