28.2.6 Port C Port Register L (PCPRL)
PCPRL is a 16-bit read-only register, in which the PC10PR to PC0PR bits correspond to the PC10
to PC0 pins, respectively. PCPRL always returns the states of the pins regardless of the PFC
setting.
