23.4.5 Sector Access Mode
In sector access mode, flash memory can be read or programmed in sector units by specifying the
sector number of the sector to be accessed. In programming, an ECC is added. In read, an ECC
error check (detection) is performed.
Since 512-byte data is stored in FLDTFIFO and 16-byte control code is stored in FLECFIFO, the
DREQ1EN and DREQ0EN bits in FLINTDMACR can be set to transfer by the DMA.
Figure 23.14 shows the relationship of DMA transfer between sectors in flash memory (data and
control code) and memory on the address space.
