24.3.28 USB Request Type Register (USBREQ)
USBREQ is a register for storing setup requests for control transfer.
When the function controller function is selected, the values of bRequest and bmRequestType that
have been received are stored.
When the host controller function is selected, the values of bRequest and bmRequestType to be
transmitted should be set. After setting SUREQ to 1, do not rewrite this register until 0 is read
from SUREQ.
This register is initialized by a power-on reset or a USB bus reset.
