Undefined values are read from these bits. The write
value should always be 0.
µFrame
The µframe number can be confirmed.
The latest µframe number is read from these bits
when at least one of PORT0 and PORT1 is in high-
speed operation. When neither of them is in high-
speed operation, B'000 is read.
Note: When reading these bits, read twice and make
sure that the same value is read.
