24.3.31 USB Request Length Register (USBLENG)
USBLENG is a register for storing setup requests for control transfer.
When the function controller function is selected, the value of wLength that has been received is
stored.
When the host controller function is selected, the value of wLength to be transmitted should be
set. After setting SUREQ to 1, do not rewrite this register until 0 is read from SUREQ.
This register is initialized by a power-on reset or a USB bus reset.
