27.2.22 Pin Select Register 0 (PTSEL_A)
PTSEL_A is a 16-bit readable/writable register that selects the functions for the port A (PA) pins
that multiplex two or more functions other than the port function. To use one of these multiplexed
functions for a pin, the port control register should be set to select the functions other than the port
function after setting the corresponding bit in PTSEL_A.
