(c) Description
Zero-clears the area specified by upper-left coordinates (Xmin, Ymin) and lower-right coordinates
(Xmax, Ymax) at work coordinates.
The CLRWC command performs coordinate transformation by internally obtaining the four
vertices from the left and right X coordinate values and upper and lower Y coordinate values, and
then transforming the coordinates for these four vertices. The transformed four vertices are then
internally converted into a circumscribed rectangle and the polygon drawn.
