30.4.3 Port C Port Register L (PCPRL)
PCPRL is a 16-bit read-only register, in which the PC14PR to PC0PR bits correspond to the
PC14/WAIT to PC0/A0/CS7 pins, respectively. PCPRL always returns the states of the pins
regardless of the PFC setting.
