25.3.25 USB Request Value Register (USBVAL)
USBVAL is a register that stores setup requests for control transfers. When the peripheral
controller function is selected, the value of wValue that has been received is stored. When the host
controller function is selected, the value of wValue to be transmitted is set.
This register is initialized by a power-on reset, a software reset, or a USB bus reset.

USBINDEX is a register that stores setup requests for control transfers. When the function
controller function is selected, the value of wIndex that has been received is stored. When the host
controller function is selected, the value of wIndex to be transmitted is set.
This register is initialized by a power-on reset, software reset, or a USB bus reset.
