The THIGH field contains a value indicating the hot factory calibration temperature (T_HIGH). The values
are as follows:
00: T_HIGH = Reserved
01: T_HIGH = Reserved
10: T_HIGH = 145 °C
11: T_HIGH = 150 °C
Temperature sensor output at hot factory calibration temperature (TSENS_CODE(T_HIGH)).
TSCV2 is the temperature sensor voltage sampled and converted by the eQADC during factory test
with device at hot temperature (T_HIGH). This is the T_{SENS_CODE}(T_HIGH) parameter value referenced in
the temperature calculation formula (see Figure 34-2).

The TLOW field contains a code indicating the low factory calibration temperature (T_LOW). The values
are as follows:
00: T_LOW = 25 °C
01: T_LOW = 40 °C
10: T_LOW = Reserved
11: T_LOW = Reserved
Temperature sensor output at the low factory calibration temperature (TSENS_CODE(T_LOW)).
TSCV1 is the temperature sensor voltage sampled and converted by the eQADC during factory test
with device at the low calibration temperature. This is the T_{SENS_CODE}(T_LOW) parameter value
referenced in the temperature calculation formula (see Figure 34-2).

This register contains the V_{BG_CODE}(T_LOW) parameter value used in the temperature calculation.
