to ECC

• Shadow information stored in non-volatile shadow block

23.1.3 C90FL modes of operation
23.1.3.1 C90FL User Mode
User mode is the default operating mode of the C90FL module. In this mode, it is possible to read and
write, program and erase the C90FL module.
23.1.3.2 Stop Mode
In Stop mode, all DC current sources in the C90FL are disabled.

23.1.5 C90FL flash memory functional description (user mode)
In user mode the C90FL module can be read and written (register writes and interlock writes), programmed
or erased. The following subsections define all actions that can be performed in user mode.
