Description
TFE Test Flash Enable - setting this bit will map the TestFlash array to offset 0 of the Flash address space. This bit can
only be set one time. Once it has been set and cleared it will remain cleared until the next device reset. Note that it
is not possible to access the main flash memory array while TFE is set.
48.4 Functional description
The primary purpose of the SSCM is to provide information about the current state and configuration of
the system that may be useful for configuring application software and for debug of the system.

The reset state of each individual bit is shown within the Register Description section (see Section 48.3.1,
Register descriptions).
