18.1 Introduction
18.1.1 Overview
The DMA_MUX allows to route 27 DMA peripheral sources (called slots) to 16 DMA channels. This is
illustrated in Figure 18-1.

18.1.2 Features
The DMA_MUX provides these features:
• 27 peripheral slots (plus 6 always-on slots) can be routed to 16 channels
• 16 independently selectable DMA channels routers
— the first 4 channels additionally provide a trigger functionality
