Self-Test Control Unit (STCU)
• Bypass self-test mode (disabling the whole self-test)
• MBIST-only mode (disabling all LBISTs)
To configure those cases, a specific hexadecimal code needs to be added to the shadow flash memory. This
code will be provided in a future revision of this document or through application notes.
