16.1.2 Features
The DSPI provides these features:
• Full-duplex, synchronous transfers
• Master or slave operation
— Data streaming operation in the slave mode with continuous slave selection
• Buffered transmit operation using the TX FIFO with 5 entries
• Buffered receive operation using the RX FIFO with 5 entries
• Programmable transfer attributes on a per-frame basis:
— 4 transfer attribute registers
— Serial clock with programmable polarity and phase
