Description
MBIST status
0: Failed MBIST execution
1: No fault detected during the BIST execution
NOTE
A BIST counts as successfull when no fault was detected during execution
(see MBSL, MBSH) and its execution is finished (see MBEL, MBEH).
42.4.3.9 STCU MBIST End Flag Low Register (STCU_MBEL)
The STCU_MBEL register includes the End Flag related to the execution of each MBIST. The
STCU_MBEL register is automatically updated following the completion of the MBIST run.
