22.7.6 Influences on Absolute Precision
Adding capacitance results in coupling with GND, and therefore noise in GND may adversely
affect absolute precision. Be sure to connect AVss, etc. to an electrically stable GND.
Care is also required to insure that filter circuits do not communicate with digital signals on the
mounting board (i.e., acting as antennas).
22.7.7 Usage Note when Shifting to Single Mode during A/D Conversion
During the A/D conversion in scan mode or multi mode, if the A/D conversion is stopped by
clearing the A/D start bit (ADST) in ADCSR to 0 and restarted after a transition to single mode,
make sure to set ASDT to 1 after the time required for one-channel A/D conversion has elapsed.
