— Channels 9-15 do not support operations on internal counter

18.4.2 Device-specific configuration
• Both eMIOS0 and eMIOS1 can work on any of the four auxiliary clock sources:
— IRC
— FXOSC
— FMPLL0
— FMPLL1
• For eMIOS0:
— Counter bus A is driven by Unified Channel #23
— Counter bus C is driven by Unified Channel #8
— Counter bus D is driven by Unified Channel #16
— Unified Channels 9–15 do not have their own time base
• For eMIOS1:
— Counter bus A is driven by Unified Channel #23
— Counter bus C is driven by Unified Channel #8
— Counter bus D is driven by Unified Channel #16
