This LSI monitors the power supply to the LSI, and has the power management function to control
the power supply.
This LSI also supports sleep mode, software standby mode, and module standby mode, in which
clock supply to the LSI is controlled optimally to save power.
14.1 Features
Supports sleep mode, software standby mode, and module standby state, in which clock supply to
the unnecessary operation module or entire LSI is stopped.
14.1.1 Power-Down Modes
This LSI has the following power-down modes and function:
1. Sleep mode
2. Software standby mode
3. Module standby mode (cache, TLB, IL memory, UBC, DMAC, H-UDI, and on-chip peripheral
modules)
