Section 29 Pin Function Controller (PFC)
29.2.18 Pin Select Register A (PSELA)
PSELA is a 16-bit readable/writable register that selects the pin function for the pins on which two
or more "other functions" are multiplexed.
To use one of the two or more "other functions" that are multiplexed on a pin, first set the
corresponding bit in PSELA and then set the port control register to select "other functions".
Setting example: To use the SIM_RST function of the PTC2/SCIF3_RTS/SIM_RST/PINTA2 pin
1. Write B'10 to the PSA[3:2] bits in PSELA.
2. Set bits PC2MD[1:0] in the port C control register (PCCR) to B'00 (other functions).
