Figure 17-25. Non-volatile User Options register (NVUSRO)
The Non-volatile User Options Register contains configuration information for the user application.
The NVUSRO register is a 64-bit register, the 32 most significative bits of which (bits 63-32) are ‘don’t
care’ and eventually used to manage ECC codes.
The availability of this register is SoC dependent.
Table 17-35. NVUSRO field descriptions
Field
Description
0:28 UO31-03: User Options 31-03 (Read/Write)
The UO31-03 generic registers are reset based on the information stored in NVUSRO.
The use of this bus is SoC specific.
2 PAD3V5V
0: High voltage supply is 5.0 V
1: High voltage supply is 3.3 V
Default manufacturing value before flash initialization is '1' (3.3 V) which should ensure correct min slope
for boundary scan.
1 OSCILLATOR_MARGIN
0: Low consumption configuration (4 MHz / 8 MHz)
1: High margin configuration (4/16 MHz)
Default manufacturing value before flash initialization is '1'
0 WATCHDOG_EN
0: Disable after reset
1: Enable after reset
Default manufacturing value before flash initialization is '1' .
If the device undergoes a non-destructive reset, the behavior of SWT after reset will again be controlled
by this field. Any change in the value of this field will take effect only after the device goes through a
Phase 0 (destructive reset sequence).
