The following C_L values are used:
30 pF: CK, CS3–CS0, BREQ, BACK, IRQOUT, AUDCK
50 pF: A21–A0, D15–D0, RD, WRH, WRL, TDO
100 pF: AUDATA3–0, AUDSYNC
30 pF: All port pins other than the above, and peripheral module output pins.
I_OL and I_OH are the condition for the I_OL = 1.6 mA, I_OH = 200 µA.
