Free-Running Counter 10G (TCNT10G): Free-running counter 10G (TCNT10G) is a 16-bit readable/writable register
that counts up on the multiplied clock (AGCK1). TCNT10G is initialized to H'0000 by input from external input (TI10)
(AGCK).
