[Usage Notes]
Set power supply voltages during LSI operation as shown below.
VCC = PLLVCC = 3.3 V ±0.3 V, PVCC1 = 5.0 V ±0.5 V/3.3 V ±0.3 V, PVCC2 = 5.0 V ±0.5 V,
AVCC = 5.0 V ±0.5 V, AVref = 4.5 V to AVCC, VSS = PLLVSS = AVSS = 0 V
When PVCC1 = 3.3 V ±0.3 V, VCC = PVCC1
The PVCC1 power supply voltage depends on the operating mode as shown below. Operation cannot be guaranteed with
other PVCC1 power supply voltages.
