When using the PC card controller, specifies the
following settings.
When the bit 4 (P0USE) in the PCC0GCR register of
PCC is 1 and the bit 5 (P0PCCT) of the PCC0GCR
register is 0, both SA1 and SA0 should be 0. When
the bit 4 (P0USE) and the bit 5 (P0PCCT) in the
PCC0GCR register of PCC are 1, both SA1 and SA0
should be 1.
