35.3.2 Port C Data Register (PCDR)
PCDR is a register that stores data for pins PTC7 to PTC0. Bits PC7DT to PC0DT correspond to
pins PTC7 to PTC0. When the pin function is general output port, if the port is read, the value of
the corresponding PCDR bit is returned directly. When the function is general input port, if the
port is read, the corresponding pin level is read.
