Current Consumption
Table 47 and Table 48 show the current consumption for the (G)MCH. ICC values are
provided for the worst case ICC situations for each component of the (G)MCH.
• ICCMax current values are defined as the theoretical maximum instantaneous
current consumed while operating at VCC_Max, TJMAX and executing the worst case
instruction mix.
• ICC Sustained current values are defined as the maximum current consumed under
TDP workload while operating at VCC_Max, TJMax and executing the worst case real
application instruction mix. ICC Sustained current values or Maximum current
values cannot occur simultaneously on all interfaces.
