Functional Description
13.10 Power Management
The (G)MCH has many permutations of possibly concurrently operating modes.
Obviously, care should be taken (Hardware and Software) to disable unused sections of
the silicon when this can be done with sufficiently low performance impact.
Refer to the ACPI Specification, Revision 3.0 for an overview of the system power
states mentioned in this section.
