Description amended
When the TE bit in SCSCR is set to 1, the SCPCR setting is
ignored and the TxD function is selected.
When the RE bit in SCSCR is set to 1, the SCPCR setting is
ignored and the RxD function is selected.
When the TE bit in SCSCR2 is set to 1, the SCPCR setting is
ignored and the TxD2 function is selected.
When the RE bit in SCSCR2 is set to 1, the SCPCR setting is
ignored and the RxD2 function is selected.
