corresponding bit is stopped

These bits are always read as 0. The write value
should always be 0.
R/W Module Stop Bit [17:16]
Specify that the clock supply to the module of the
corresponding bit is stopped
[17]: HAC channel 1, [16] HAC channel 0
0: The corresponding module operates
1: The clock to the corresponding module is
stopped

These bits are always read as 0. The write value
