Power supply for chip-internal
and system ports (RES,
MD2–MD0, FWE, HSTBY,
NMI, CK, EXTAL, XTAL, H-
UDI port). Connect all V_CC pins
to the system power supply.
The chip will not operate if
there are any open pins.
Power supply for bus ports
(ports E, F, and H). Connect
all PV_CC1 pins to the system
bus power supply. The chip
will not operate if there are
any open pins.
Power supply for peripheral
module ports (ports A, B, C,
D, G, J, K, and L, the AUD
port, and WDTOVF). Connect
all PV_CC2 pins to the system
peripheral module power
supply. The chip will not
operate if there are any open
pins.
Pins for connection to a
capacitor used for stablizing
the voltage of the internal
step-down power supply.
Connect this pin to V_SS
throhgh a capacitor. The
capacitor should be located
near the pin. Do not connect
to an external power supply.
