24.3.3 Port C Port Register L (PCPRL)
PCPRL is a 16-bit read-only register, which always return the states of the pins regardless of the
PFC setting. In SH7243, SH7285 and SH7286, Bits PC15PR to PC0PR correspond to pins PC15
to PC0 respectively (description of multiplexed functions are abbreviated here).
