1. Set the direction bit of the ports sharing a port to 0 (input mode).
27.2 Registers
Table 27.3 lists registers associated with A/D converter. Set the CKS3 bit in the ADCON2 register before
setting other registers associated with A/D converter excluding the PCR register. However, bits in the
ADCON2 register and the CKS3 bit can be set simultaneously. After changing the CKS3 bit, set the
registers in the same way again.
The PCR register can be set before setting the CKS3 bit. After changing the CKS3 bit, the PCR register
does not need to be set again.
