19. Three-Phase Motor Control Timer Function
INV13 (Carrier Wave Rise/Fall Detect Flag) (b3)
The INV13 bit is enabled only when the INV06 bit is set to 0 (triangular wave modulation mode) and the
INV11 bit to 1 (three-phase mode 1).
INV16 (Dead Time Timer Trigger Select Bit) (b6)
If both of the following conditions are met, set the INV16 bit to 1 (rising edge of the three-phase output
shift register output).
• The INV15 bit is set to 0 (dead time timer enabled)
• The Dij bit and DiBj bit always have different values when the INV03 bit is set to 1 (three-phase
control timer output enabled). (The high- and low-side signals always output opposite level signals
at any time except dead time.) (i = U, V or W; j = 0, 1).
If either of the above conditions is not met, set the INV16 bit to 0 (dead time timer is triggered on the
falling edge of a one-shot pulse of timers).
