This flag is undefined after reset. The MR3 bit is cleared to 0 (no overflow) by writing to the TBiMR
register. The MR3 bit cannot be set to 1 by a program.
TCK1-TCK0 (Count Source Select Bit) (b7-b6)
Enabled when the TCS3 bit or TCS7 bit in registers TBCS0 to TBCS3 is set to 0 (TCK0, TCK1
enabled).
Select f1TIMAB or f2TIMAB by the PCLK0 bit in the PCLKR register.
