CTABTS (Arbitration Lost Detect Condition Select Bit) (b4)
When the CEC output is low, the range of detecting arbitration lost if the level becomes Hi-z (rising
edge) by the external source can be selected.
When the CEC output is Hi-z, arbitration lost is detected regardless of the rage selected by the
CTABTS bit, if the level becomes low (falling edge) by the external source.
