Chapter 1: DC and Switching Characteristics of HardCopy IV Devices
1â7
Electrical Characteristics
The calibration accuracy for calibrated series and parallel OCTs are applicable at the
moment of calibration. If the voltage or temperature changes, the termination
resistance value varies. Table 1â9 lists the resistance tolerance for HardCopy IV OCT.

Notes to Table 1â9:
(1) Pending silicon characterization.
(2) For resistance tolerance after power-up calibration, refer to Table 1â10.
Table 1â10 lists OCT variation with temperature and voltage after power-up
calibration. Use Table 1â10 and Equation 1â1 to determine the OCT variation when
voltage and temperature vary after power-up calibration.

Note to Equation 1â1:
(1) RCAL is calibrated OCT at power up. ÎT and ÎV are variations in temperature and voltage with respect to temperature
and VCCIO values, respectively, at power up.
