In this example, one ALTGX_RECONFIG instance is controlling all the ALTGX
instances in a design. Use the following rules for setting the What is the number of
channels controlled by the controller? option:
■ Determine the highest logical channel address among all the transceiver instances
connected to the same dynamic reconfiguration controller. For information about
determining the logical channel address using the starting channel number, refer
to “Logical Channel Addressing” on page 2–23.
■ Round the logical channel address value to the next higher multiple of 4.
■ Use this value to set the What is the number of channels controlled by the
reconfig controller? option.
