Similarly, in this example there are multiple ALTGX_RECONFIG instances, each
controlling a single ALTGX instance in your design.
Case 4 explains the scenario under which you must set the What is the starting
channel number? option differently. This scenario assumes that each ALTGX instance
has its own ALTGX_RECONFIG instance.
Table 2–10 shows an example scenario for Case 4.
