0: Not last descriptor
Upon completion of transfer of the corresponding
descriptor, the E-DMAC reads the next one in the
list of continuous descriptors.
1: Last descriptor
Upon completion of transfer of the corresponding
descriptor, the E-DMAC reads the descriptor
placed at the address indicated by TDLAR.
