23.3.5 AC Characteristic Test Conditions
The AC characteristic test conditions are as follows:
• Input/output signal reference level: 1.5 V (V_DDQ = 3.3 ±0.3 V)
• Input pulse level: V_SSQ to 3.0 V (V_SSQ to V_DDQ for RESET, TRST, NMI, and
ASEBRK/BRKACK)
• Input rise/fall time: 1 ns

Notes: 1. C_L is the total value, including the capacitance of the test jig, etc.
The capacitance of each pin is set to 30 pF.
