PWM mode and operation is restarted in PWM mode 1 after re-setting.

1 to 10 are the same as in figure 10.155.
11. Set PWM mode 1. (MTU2 output goes low.)
12. Initialize the pins with TIOR. (In PWM mode 1, the TIOC*B side is not initialized.)
13. Set MTU2 output with the PFC.
14. Operation is restarted by TSTR.
