TX PTP Version (TX_PTP_VERSION[3:0])
This field specifies the PTP version in use. A setting of 0 allows any PTP ver-
sion.
Note:
The host S/W must not change this field while the 1588 Enable
(1588_ENABLE) bit in 1588 Command and Control Register
(1588_CMD_CTL) is set.
TX PTP Message Type Enable (TX_PTP_MESSAGE_EN[15:0])
These bits individually enable timestamping of their respective message
types. Bit 0 of this field corresponds to a message type value of 0 (Sync), bit
1 to message type value 1 (Delay_Req), etc.
Typically Sync, Delay_Req, PDelay_Req and PDelay_Resp messages are
enabled
