Function
Power supply
Power supply pins. Connect all these pins
to the system power supply. The chip does
not operate when some of these pins are
opened.
Ground
Ground pins. Connect all these pins to the
system power supply (0 V). The chip does
not operate when some of these pins are
opened.
Power supply Power supply pin for supplying power to

Capacitance External capacitance pin for an on-chip

External clock
For connection to a crystal resonator. (An

pins should not be changed during
operation.
Protection

Pin for the flash memory. This pin is only
used in the F-ZTAT version. Programming
or erasing of flash memory can be
protected. This pin is used as Vcc in the
masked ROM version and ROM less
version.
