20.6.3 Port E Port Registers H, L (PEPRH, PEPRL)
PEPRH and PEPRL are 16-bit read-only registers, in which bits PE16PR to PE0PR correspond to
pins PE16/CS8 to PE0/TIOC0A/DREQ0, respectively. PEPRH and PEPRL always return the
states of the pins regardless of the PFC setting.
