20.4.3 Port C Port Register L (PCPRL)
PCPRL is a 16-bit read-only register, in which bits PC1PR and PC0PR correspond to pins PC1/A1
and PC0/A0, respectively. PCPRL always returns the states of the pins regardless of the PFC
setting.
