Power supply for the internal LSI.
Connect all Vcc pins to the system.
There will be no operation if any pins
are open.
Ground pin. Connect all Vss pins to
the system power supply (0V). There

all VccQ pins to the system power
supply. There will be no operation if
any pins are open.
Ground pin. Connect all VssQ pins to
the system power supply (0V). There
will be no operation if any pins are
open.
